A Tip of Appreciation

Liberty Title Agency in Michigan has been buying lunch for each of its branches on Fridays. The company adds a 30 percent tip to the purchase and then the staff throws in additional money to for the delivery person. Brandon Barefield, a branch manager for Liberty Title, said they pick community family restaurants from each area. The title company also has been buying sanitizer from some of the local distilleries that have converted their business to producing cleaning products. “Ugly Dog Distillery and Arbor Brewing have both been making products available that we have been able to share with customers to ensure a cleaner and safer transaction,” Barefield said.

Thank You to First Responders

In Coshocton, Ohio, Fidelity Title & Closing Services Agency delivered assorted pastries to its local sheriff department, EMS and fire department to express their appreciation for the continued services to help the community. Fidelity Title & Closing also delivered assorted pastries to the local hospital and post office to thank them for their hard work every day. Brittany Howell, a title agent with Fidelity Title & Closing Services Agency, said these pastries were all purchased from several local bakeries to also support local small businesses through this rough time. “We also have a big ‘Thank You First Responders’ sign in the widow of our office,” she added.

Pioneer title good deedsHelping Those in Need

Brenda Silveus, area manager for Pioneer Title Agency in Arizona, said her company is all about good deeds—not just during a crisis. In April, Silveus said Pioneer Title donated 112 backpacks and cloth bags to the local Boys and Girls club to assist in providing food to families in need. To cheer up and encourage customers, the company put together a collage of some employees from its Flagstaff office. The image was posted on social media and shared with Pioneer offices across the state. “It is important to help the community but just as important to keep the spirits of our team high,” Silveus said.
